Plans & billing
What each plan includes and how billing works.

Hitting a limit
Monitors past your allowance cannot be created — nothing is deleted and
nothing silently stops checking. Past the monthly webhook event cap we return
429 to the sender until the 1st. Upgrading lifts both immediately.
Payment
Payments run through Paddle, who act as the merchant of record — they handle the card details, the VAT and sales tax, and the invoice. We never see or store card numbers. Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work.
Monthly or yearly
Yearly is two months free. It also saves us a large share of the per-transaction fee, which is the honest reason we can offer it.
Changing plan
Moving up or down is prorated: you pay the difference for the rest of the period, not a second full price. Cancelling keeps your plan until the period you already paid for ends, then drops you to Free with your account and history intact.
Refunds
Email hello@saasfoundry.app within 30 days and we refund it, no argument.
