Terms of Service
Last updated 22 August 2026
Plain-language summary: use the service sensibly, pay for it if you're on Pro, and we'll keep it running and keep your data private. The full text below says the same thing with more words.
1. The service
SaaSFoundry provides Uptime & Webhook Monitor, a hosted tool that receives HTTP requests on URLs we allocate to you, stores them for the retention period of your plan, and optionally forwards them to a URL you nominate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password and API key confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe either has been compromised. One person or organisation per account; do not resell access.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use SaaSFoundry to receive, store or relay unlawful content, to attack or overload third-party systems, to send traffic you are not authorised to send, or in any way that degrades the service for other customers. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.
4. Payment
Paid plans start at $5 per month, billed monthly or yearly in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries relating to billing and handles returns, and their Buyer Terms apply to your purchase alongside these terms. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel at any time from the billing page, which opens Paddle's customer portal. You retain Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to the free plan. Ask for a refund within 30 days of a charge and we will give you one.
6. Data and deletion
Captured requests are deleted automatically at the end of your plan's retention window. You can delete an endpoint, its stored requests, or your entire account at any time; deletion is immediate and permanent.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability and publish incidents honestly, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Do not use SaaSFoundry as the sole system of record for data you cannot lose.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
